1973年的不開名Speyside 品項眾多，差不多都是雪莉桶熟成，有些更標明是Fino Sherry。而從這些酒相近的顏色和味道推斷，我們自然認為它們都是Fino 姊妹桶。

 

當然凡事都有例外，就像我們今天帶來的The Whisky Agency 43年作品，在1973年蒸餾、2016年裝瓶。酒色比起其他1973 Speyside 更深邃，whiskynotes 便認為不是Fino，而且給予極高的94分。

 

味道上是很多杏脯、罐頭桃、菠蘿、龍眼乾、橙皮、紅棗、橙花水，一些焦糖咖啡、奶油、牛奶糖，還有雪茄盒、乾木、樹脂，非常油膩，以荳蔻、茶感、烤果仁收結。

 

整體平衡，味道豐富且飽滿，沒有菱角，像是經過細緻打磨，是極為出色的果感主導作品。
