由南非釀酒名門Rupert 家族，與世界知名的Rothschild 家族的Benjamin Rothschild 合作，以經典的Bordeaux Blend 釀造，這款Baron Edmond 已經是酒莊的旗艦款。

2019年的Baron Edmond 以4成的Merlot、29% Cabernet Sauvignon、23% Cabernet Franc、5% Petit Verdot、3% Malbec 調配而成，以225L 法國桶陳年18個月，其中約一半為新桶。

味道上是堅挺而新鮮的藍莓、黑加侖子、黑車厘子、成熟布冧的果感，一些甘草、奶油、烤橡木，口感活潑有力，單寧強韌，形成扎實的架構，餘韻悠長、香甜。

整體表現相當穩定、工整，相信在數年的陳放後能延伸出更多的層次和更豐富的味道。在RP The Wine Advocate 取得96分，是性價比極高的作品。
