This Glentauchers was matured in a refill bourbon barrel for its entire life and it displays a lively fruitiness. On the nose, it starts off very sweet; with fruits, lemongrass, sweet spices and camphor. The palate has strength, with nice sweetness and fruitiness: lemon, grapefruits, ripe oranges etc. The finish is medium on grapefruits.
