Tasting notes: Colour: Intense straw yellow with golden reflections. Nose: Is full of hints that recall quinces, oranges and wildflowers (acacia). Memories of rosemary, thyme, toast and almonds complete the bouquet. Palate: The sip is fresh and pleasantly savory until closed.
