泥煤與雪莉之間取得了難得的平衡，沒有多餘硫磺感，卻保留了 Oloroso Sherry 應有的深度、甜感與輪廓。


以 HKD 799 的價格來看，它的完成度尤其出色。


煙燻、酒體與雪莉風味之間沒有互相掩蓋，反而帶出一種熟悉而完整的 peat and sherry expression，也讓我們想起曾經很受歡迎的 Element of Islay 的 peat and sherry系列。
