Tolpuddle Vineyard Pinot Noir 2022
我們很少介紹澳洲的Pinot Noir，但不代表我們不喜歡這些作品。今天我們就特意為大家帶來Tolpuddle 這個品牌的Pinot Noir，是一款頗為精彩的作品。
這個相當年輕的酒莊位於Tasmania，這個以往過分涼冷的地區得益於氣候變遷漸漸暖化，變得相當適合Pinot Noir 及Chardonnay 成長。酒莊莊主正是看中了這一潛力才於此地購置葡萄園，至今已獲得不少獎項。
今天介紹的是Pinot Noir 2022，在適當的醒酒後展現出非常優雅迷人的香氣，紫色花香、玫瑰、紅莓、紅桑子、車厘子，一些木桶、朱古力、藤枝，一點烤香料。口感並不是奔放的果味，而是較古典的風格，果香、香料、木桶、粉狀單寧等味道層層遞進，風味悠長，雖略顯嚴肅，但耐心讓酒體多透氣能多展現其典雅一面。現在已經非常優美好喝，相信瓶陳後狀態還會更好。
We rarely introduce Australian Pinot Noir, but that doesn't mean we don't appreciate these wines. Today, we are pleased to present Tolpuddle, a brand of Pinot Noir that is quite remarkable.
This relatively young winery is located in Tasmania. This region, formerly known for its excessively cold climate, has benefited from climate change and has gradually become very suitable for the growth of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The winery's owner recognized this potential and acquired vineyards here, receiving numerous awards since then.
The wine we are introducing today is the Pinot Noir 2022. After proper aeration, it exhibits a very elegant and charming aroma: floral notes, roses, red berries, raspberries, cherries, hints of oak, chocolate, whole cluster notes, and a touch of toasted spices. The palate is not dominated by bold fruit flavors but rather follows a more classical style. Flavors of fruit, spices, oak, and powdery tannins progress in layers, offering a long and nuanced finish. While it may appear somewhat restrained, allowing the wine to breathe and show its elegance with patience. It is already very beautiful and enjoyable to drink now, and we believe its state will only improve with further aging.
