Living Souls’ tasting notes… “It transports you to Islay’s rugged coastline at dusk, where Atlantic sea spray hangs in the air and peat smoke drifts across the dunes. The palate brings bright citrus, vanilla pods and dried driftwood, layered with hints of salted caramel and honey. A wisp of bonfire smoke carries through the finish, capturing a different side of the island in every sip.”
