Bourgogne 白酒當然是Chardonnay 當道，Aligote 雖然也並非完全不為人知，但始終是配角，酒體也偏向淡薄清爽。

然而在Côte Chalonnaise 北方、於1998年才升為村級的Bouzeron，只有Aligote 能釀村酒，Chardonnay 則只能釀造區酒。

Aligote 在其他地區的平庸表現，主要歸因於這一品種只能扎根於平原區，優質地塊都給了Chardonnay。但在Bouzeron，這裏的Aligote 多種於山坡上，而且保有很多老藤，有些甚至超過八十歲。

這些Aligote 能充分成熟，甚至皮色會因而轉為金黃，被稱為金黃Aligote，能釀造出體格更結實的白酒，也更適合使用木桶熟成。

這瓶Les Champs de Themis，正正帶出Aligote 更為成熟的一面，香氣和口感明顯較濃厚沉實，果味也是層層滲出，並不急於奔放。
