這是一支讓我們一試便決定選下來的酒。


泥煤與雪莉之間取得了難得的平衡，沒有多餘硫磺感，卻保留了 Oloroso Sherry 應有的深度、甜感與輪廓。


以 HKD 799 的價格來看，它的完成度尤其出色。


煙燻、酒體與雪莉風味之間沒有互相掩蓋，反而帶出一種熟悉而完整的 peat and sherry expression，也讓我們想起曾經很受歡迎的 Element of Islay 的 peat and sherry系列。


風味上，前段帶有營火、炙烤麥芽與木質煙燻，中段逐漸展現深色果乾、香草與烘烤堅果的甜潤感；尾段則收結於炭灰、海鹽與乾淨俐落的雪莉木質調性，整體結構扎實，口感油潤而有層次。


這不是一支張揚的泥煤雪莉桶，而是一支平衡做得漂亮、價格亦相當親近的選桶作品。
