Eric Taillet 位於Vallee de La Marne Rive Dorite 中的Baslieux sous Chatillon。這個產區以種植Meunier 為主，此品種在Eric Taillet 的葡萄園中更是占了80％。

酒莊的香檳容我們日後再作介紹，今天為大家帶來的，是酒莊的Coteaux Champenois La Garde，以種植著90% Meunier 和10% Pinot Gris 的葡萄園的收成所釀造，是少見的作品。

味道上帶清晰的紅果如草莓、紅桑子，一些溫暖的香料，還有一點泥土、礦物。酸度良好，單寧細碎，是一款緊致好喝的冷氣候紅酒。
