今天介紹的Schloss Johannisberg Silberlack Riesling 作為GG 級別，是不甜的作品。基於Riesling 極高的酸度，檸檬汁般3左右的Ph 值，注定早受眾較少的款式。但完全Dry 的口感，更能純粹地展現GG 葡萄的成熟風味及礦物質感。

味道上是極具表現力的檸檬、青檸皮、青梨、青蘋果的果感，非常緊致的酸度，豐富的礦物，略帶奶油質感，一絲咸味收結。

這種新鮮的風味當然可趁年輕時品嚐，其高酸的特性也頗為適合陳年，可建構出更複雜的層次及更豐厚的口感。
