現時普飲款價格變得波動，貨源緊張，特別是Sherry 的作品，因而我們一直尋找價格較相宜的Sherry 單桶作品。


剛好遇到這Sample，雖然此Sherry Glentauchers 年輕，但酒精感也不強，Sherry 風格鮮明，酒色也挺深的。


有關酒標，我們非常喜歡 @shiukaialfie 的作品，也很榮幸能跟他合作。我們以Tom Waits 的Drunk on the Moon 為主題，左邊窗的日光照射，仿似我們小店的窗邊，而正面則對著月光獨自飲酒，像歌中所提及，獨自沉醉在月色中。


於Sherry Butt 中熟成，以53.2%裝瓶。一開始聞香先帶有焦糖咖啡及皮革風格，但擺放一段時間後便帶蜜餞，梅乾及紅棗。而口感則帶梅乾，榛子朱古力，肉桂及煙草等風格，餘韻則帶點朱古力及微微的woody，一共推出120枝。
