50% Alsace Pinot Noir，50% Burgundy Pinot Noir，砂質土壤與花崗岩土壤各半，手工採收後緩慢而輕柔的榨汁，天然發酵，與酒泥陳釀 7 個月不攪桶。年產 3000 瓶。

酒莊葡萄園位於含有粘土和石灰岩的土壤上，賦予酒體細膩結構和精巧的活力，同時展現出果香和香料氣息。這些葡萄來自於按照生物動力法種植的葡萄樹（布根地跟阿爾薩斯的葡萄園都是採生物動力法種植），釀造過程無硫添加，短時間浸皮發酵，以突出果香和新鮮感。熟成過程持續數個月，裝瓶前未過濾，盡可能傳遞風土的純粹滋味。
