Tasting Notes:

聞香: 鹹澀氣息伴檸檬果皮，奶油柔滑，煙燻泥煤悄然昇華。

 

口感: 日式香蕉蛋糕入口，灰燼營火輕觸舌尖，艾雷泥煤平衡艾草，蠔殼點綴（開瓶初重，15分鐘後化為靜謐）。

 

餘韻：蜂蜜奶油纏繞，一絲灰燼，平衡遠超ABV 56%的預期。

 

Nose: Saline and briny notes mingle with lemon peel; creamy butter smoothness with gentle, rising peat smoke.

 

Palate: A touch of Japanese banana cake on entry; ashy campfire brushes the tongue; Islay peat balanced with mugwort and a hint of oyster shell (intense at first, then settles into quiet harmony after 15 minutes).

 

Finish: Honeyed cream entwines with a trace of ash, delivering a balance far beyond what its 56% ABV would suggest.
