El Canto de la Alondra Ribera del Duero 2020

來自Bibera del Duero，是女莊主兼釀酒師Silvia Gonzales Garcia 的心血結晶，釀造上完全依照個人的創作意願，陳年時間也因應實際情況調整，並不追隨陳年標籤的認證而是在合適的時機裝瓶。

 

此酒在法國和美國橡木桶中陳年約十二個月，前者比例多一些。

 

聞香上沒有過多的木桶，甚至還保留了一些紫羅蘭花香，黑莓、黑布冧、黑加侖子等果香非常豐富，木桶帶來很多甜香料、雲呢拿、牛奶朱古力，還有一些皮革和煙草。口感依然活潑，果味濃郁，酒體飽滿，單寧非常成熟，令酒體充分平衡，餘韻悠長。

 

此酒並不常見於網上酒評，僅有Vivino 的4.5分作為參考，Comment 區可以說是一片好評。可趁年輕時飲用，果香較活潑，陳年後則會演變得更柔軟、成熟和豐厚。喜歡濃厚、具複雜度、深沉味道風格的朋友，此作不容錯過。
