曾經有朋友問道，有哪款Rose 好喝。筆者也並沒有喝過多少Rose，才疏學淺沒能提供甚麼選項，而Domaine de l'Ile 的Rose 則是喝過的酒款中比較中意的。

酒莊所在的Porquerolles 是一座小島，在Port-Cros 國家公園內，有的wine map 甚至並不將之塗上顏色歸入Provence 產區。

酒莊在2019年後屬奢侈品品牌Chanel，釀造團隊與Chateau Rauzan-Segla、Chateau Canon 及Chateau Berliquet 師出同門，釀造出精巧漂亮的Rose 及白酒。

是次介紹的Rose 酒款主要以Grenache、Syrah、Mourvedre 釀造，2022及2023年份都獲Jancis Robinson 評予17分，表現相當出色。

此作帶輕盈的草莓、紅桑子、紅花香氣，紅櫻桃、柑橘、橙皮、桃的果感，酸度非常漂亮，還一些濕石頭、微咸的礦物質。整體非常乾淨、精緻，酸爽，輕巧，活潑，是一款出色的Rose。
