曾經有朋友問道，有哪款Rose 好喝。筆者也並沒有喝過多少Rose，才疏學淺沒能提供甚麼選項，而Domaine de l'Ile 的Rose 則是喝過的酒款中比較中意的。
酒莊所在的Porquerolles 是一座小島，在Port-Cros 國家公園內，有的wine map 甚至並不將之塗上顏色歸入Provence 產區。
酒莊在2019年後屬奢侈品品牌Chanel，釀造團隊與Chateau Rauzan-Segla、Chateau Canon 及Chateau Berliquet 師出同門，釀造出精巧漂亮的Rose 及白酒。
是次介紹的Rose 酒款主要以Grenache、Syrah、Mourvedre 釀造，2022及2023年份都獲Jancis Robinson 評予17分，表現相當出色。
此作帶輕盈的草莓、紅桑子、紅花香氣，紅櫻桃、柑橘、橙皮、桃的果感，酸度非常漂亮，還一些濕石頭、微咸的礦物質。整體非常乾淨、精緻，酸爽，輕巧，活潑，是一款出色的Rose。
A friend once asked me which Rose wine is good to drink. I haven't tried many Roses myself, so I couldn't offer many options. However, Domaine de l'Ile's Rose is one of the wines I have tried and quite liked.
The winery is located on the small island of Porquerolles, within the Port-Cros National Park. Some wine maps don't even color it as part of the Provence region.
Since 2019, the winery has been under the luxury brand Chanel. The winemaking team has connections to Chateau Rauzan-Segla, Chateau Canon, and Chateau Berliquet, producing elegant and beautiful roses and white wines.
The rose wine I'm introducing is mainly made from Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvedre grapes. The 2022 and 2023 vintages have both been rated 17 points by Jancis Robinson, showing exceptional performance.
This wine presents delicate aromas of strawberries, raspberries, and red flowers, with flavors of red cherries, citrus, orange peel, and peaches. The acidity is beautiful, with hints of wet stones and a slight salty minerality. Overall, it is very clean, refined, crisp, light, lively, and an excellent Rose.
