"This is not a hippo, it is the happiness animal." Exclaims the winemaker's friend's daughter. This label was drawn by Matsumura-san's friend's Daughter. Much like the label, this wine is meant to evoke a feeling of happiness.

Misono Vineyard's Niagara are very interesting, the vines are over 50 years old and the wines have extended maceration time. The Orange Wine Niagara is macerated for 19 days, resulting in a darker and richer color.

Variety - 100% Niagara

Alcohol - 9% abv

Tasting notes -  Nashi pear and fuji apple, with a lean mineral, grapefruit-like finish.
