今天我們為大家帶來的是2025年最新版本的Springbank 12 Year Old Cask Strength，亦即是Batch 27。

對比起果感輕巧的10年和完全以雪莉桶陳年的15年，Springbank 的12年原酒每年配方都有所不同，風味一向澎湃，總能帶給酒友滿足的品飲體驗，繼而成為長期熱門的作品。

Batch 27的用桶和Batch 26相同，都是60％的波本桶，35％雪莉桶，加上5％的Rum 桶，但味道上還是略有差異。

Batch 27同樣帶有柑橘、紅果、葡萄柚、葡萄乾的果感，同樣的焦糖、水果蛋糕等甜感，海水、輕泥煤、機油、礦物、白堊的味道更明顯，還有咖啡豆、黑朱古力、皮革、胡椒的味道。

整體飽滿有力，且酒廠風格較Batch 26明顯，依然是非常出色的作品。
