Domaine Albert Morot Savigny Les Beaune 1er Cru Bataillere Monopole Rouge 2019

而《酒瓶裏的風景－布根地葡萄酒》一書（林裕森著），則形容Albert Morot 酒風相當有膽識，也被其認為是精英獨立酒莊。

 

酒莊現在由Geoffroy Choppin 負責釀造，2015年獲得有機認證，95% 紅酒來自老藤。人手採摘，完全去梗，發酵前泡皮四至五日，使用不銹鋼槽發酵（因為操作簡單且易清潔）。少踩皮，多淋汁，陳年時間約18個月、50% 新桶，當然因應酒款和年份有所不同。

 

是款酒葡萄來自La Bataillere，有的年份會多個字母i、原因可能是法國人眾所周知的工作效率和一絲不苟，這是一塊位Savigny-Les-Beaune 酒村的Premier Cru，由Albert Morot 獨占（Monopole），大概與Aux Vergelesses Premier Cru 相鄰，而Aux Vergelesses 正是以釀造出全村最深厚強勁的紅酒而聞名。

 

這款La Bataillere 2019 果香強勁，以深色車厘子為主，淡淡的桶木煙燻，還有新鮮的樹藤、泥土質感。口感緊緻且圓潤，味道充沛，帶有良好的深度。餘韻濃郁、新鮮、持久。

作為小酒莊，Albert Morot 甚至並不生產Grand Cru 酒款，單憑各款Premier Cru 便足以贏盡口碑，希望日後能為大家帶來更多Albert Morot 的作品。
