Antoine Lienhardt 是Lienhardt 家族的第四代，崇尚自然的葡萄園管理模式，採用生物動力學，少翻土，以馬犁地，少修剪。

釀造上多用whole-cluster，5至10日泡皮，不用硫，陳年亦甚少用新桶、甚至用上水泥蛋，作品多帶新鮮果感，充滿活力。

今天介紹的Gamayoptere 以Gamay 釀造，對比起2020年的輕盈活潑，2021年度作品則帶來更多萃取，結構更堅韌，具更良好的成熟度。

味道上是大量紅莓、紅車厘子，單寧相當輕柔卻不失結構，酸度自然、活潑，是輕巧易喝，平易近人，令人不住續杯的作品。
