【 Laurent Roumier Chambolle-Musigny 2020 】

Chambolle-Musigny 村中頂級名莊Georges Roumier 由George Roumier 在1924年創立，傳給三兒子Jean-Marc，再傳給Jean-Marc 的兒子Christophe。

而Jean-Marc 的大哥Alain、及Alain 的長子Herve 則相繼成為村內另一家名莊Comte Georges de Vogue 的總管。Herve 的弟弟Laurent，則在跟隨大哥Herve 一起工作學習8年後，在1994年建立獨立酒莊，即今天要介紹的Laurent Roumier。

酒莊以理性管理法照料葡萄園，釀造上是偏向Henri Jayer 的完全去梗加上低溫泡皮。浸泡和發酵都在水泥槽中進行，淋汁和踩皮並用。

木桶陳年約15至18個月，今天介紹的村酒，大約用上30%的新桶。

味道上當然是紅莓、草莓、紅桑子，而且非常清脆，乾淨的酒體令果感更為明顯，更帶有玫瑰、紫羅蘭的紅花香氣。口感流暢、飽滿，酸度緊致，收結輕巧、精緻。

整體芬芳，味道完滿，同時非常乾淨，單寧萃取得很細膩，沒有多餘的菱角和雜味。是教科書式的Chambolle-Musigny，芬香、可愛、優美。
