Montmains 是Chablis 南岸的一塊一級園，向陽，由Montmains、Les Forêts 和Butteaux 等六片一級園組成。最東邊近夏布利鎮為Montmains 本園，由此向西南延伸，附近的一級園都可以其為名。此區的坡度比較低緩，海拔稍低，各園風格各異，但可通過混合調配成非常均衡多變化的Montmains。

 

Chanson Pere & Fils Montmains Chablis 1er 2022則由其中兩園調配而成，味道上帶白花香氣，柑橘、青檸、檸檬、梨等果味相當新鮮，酸度緊致有力，淡淡的堅果，略帶奶油質感，白堊、鹽等礦物感帶來良好的結構和層次。是一款平衡、出色，風味飽滿的作品。

 

Chanson Pere & Fils is one of the most renowned wine merchants in Burgundy, and in recent years, their advancements in winemaking techniques have made this estate increasingly popular.

 

Montmains is a premier cru vineyard located on the southern bank of Chablis, blessed with a sunny exposure. It consists of six premier cru vineyards. The main Montmains vineyard extending southwest where neighboring premier cru vineyards often bear its name.

 

Each vineyard in this area exhibits unique characteristics, characterized by gentle slopes and slightly lower elevations. However, through blending, a very balanced and versatile Montmains wine can be achieved.

 

The Chanson Pere & Fils Montmains Chablis 1er 2022 is a blend of two of these vineyards. It offers floral aromas, with fresh notes of citrus fruits like oranges, limes, lemons, and pears. The wine boasts a tight and powerful acidity, subtle nuttiness, a hint of creamy texture, and a good structure and depth brought by chalky, saline mineral hints. It is a well-balanced, outstanding, and full-flavored creation.
