意大利傳統裝瓶商Silver Seal 的作品一向貴精不貴多，大多舊作更不是早被喝光，就是被酒友納入收藏。

而今天，我們幸運地找到了十餘年前裝瓶的Silver Seal 舊作，1989年蒸餾、2011年裝瓶的Bowmore 

在味道上帶有大量的檸檬、葡萄柚，一些海水、醃魚、煙霧、泥煤、炭灰，還有焦油、橡膠，雖然略帶紫羅蘭、薰衣草和皂感，卻能在Whiskyfun 上取得90分，要知道Serge 並不太愛好Soapy 風味。
