早兩天介紹了一款原始風格的Bowmore IB，今天我們回到原廠裝瓶，帶來在2011年推出的10年「Tempest」。

 

此作熟成桶型為First Fill Bourbon，旨在帶出純粹的酒廠風格，裝瓶16000支。

 

味道上是很多的檸檬、葡萄柚，大量的海水、鹽水、生蠔，還有碘、強大的煙燻、泥炭、灰燼，一點白胡椒、木質、麥芽、奶油作點綴。

 

整體簡約、直接，純粹的泥煤、鹽水、檸檬，味道精確，是一款原始風格、出色的作品。
