流心奶黃月餅, 今次選用咗新道’一索‘ Virgin American Oak. 相比傳統奶黃月餅, 特意加上椰漿,煉奶與奶黃調配內餡. 將威士忌做進椰奶流心裡濃郁綿密的奶黃包覆住流心, 酒香在口中迸發, 帶出焦糖, 淡淡嘅Virgin Oak新木椰香感, 烘烤堅果香與椰奶交織.

而另一款新道’四筒‘ Bourbon Peat桂圓豆沙月餅, 四筒嘅泥煤燻烤香氣會優先竄出, 與柴燒龍眼乾原本帶有的柴火煙燻感完美堆疊, 形成極具深度的木質燻香, Bourbon Barrel帶有的雲呢拿與焦糖香氣, 加上徹底吸飽威士忌的龍眼乾在咀嚼時釋放出果乾的濃縮酸甜與醇厚酒香, 爆發力十足
