酒莊由Julien Revillon 和Dominique 合作經營，除了自家經營的32公頃葡萄園，也會從其他葡萄農收集葡萄進行釀造，裝瓶銷售共90公頃的Beaujolais，生產規模頗大成為一家大型的生產者。

扎根地為Morgon，擁有大片的Cote du Py，酒的風格較為扎實，也很少進桶培養。酒莊跟三星餐廳Lameloise 在Chenas 合資擁有10公頃葡萄園釀造知名的Chenas Quartz 和Moulin a Vent。也與里昂的主廚在Regnie 合資擁有Croix Penet。

今天介紹的是Chenas Quartz 2022，此作可以說是Chenas 的代表作，紅桑子、紅莓、草莓的果香非常可愛，在聞香和口感的初度爆發。緊致的酸度和扎實的單寧，掩藏了Gamay 的粗糙，反而形成了結實、溫暖的結構，還有一些礦物、鹽的風土特性。是一款濃鬱、新鮮、飽滿的作品。
