大多數的OB Highland Park 都是以Refill Sherry Cask 陳年，味道上多見輕柔的花香、紅色水果，以及酒廠特色的微泥煤煙灰。

而IB 裝瓶，自然有桶形供選擇。像是我們今天為大家帶來的這款作品，1989年蒸餾、2018裝瓶，在Bourbon Hogshead 中熟成了28年，較少的修飾下，表現出更多的酒廠風格，並以出色的表現取得Whiskyfun 91分。

味道上是相當吸引的石楠花蜜、黃花、月桂葉、檸檬醬、陳年蜂蜜酒，一些粗麻布、舊報紙、礦物、樟腦，還有鹹焦糖、蠟質、草本、茶、白堊。是一款平衡、芳香，風味飽滿、口感油潤的出色作品。
