早在酒莊成立之前，Cacheux 家族已經在Vosne Romanee 務農，將所種植的葡萄賣予其他酒莊。

1958年傳至第三代Jacques Cacheux，終於成立酒莊。之後於1994年傳予其子Patrice。
在Patrice Cacheux 的經營下，轉以推行生物動力法管理葡萄園，全去梗、低溫泡皮、短發酵、著重木桶使用、不澄清不過瀘的現化風格釀製過程，令酒莊短短數年已以品質卓越知名，不過因為酒莊規模較小，產量不大，皆被熟客舊友消耗，所以不常見於市面。

酒莊最為知名的莫過於其Echezeaux Grand Cru 酒款，曾於漫畫《神之水滴》中亮相。另外還有超一級田Croix Rameau 以及其他Vosne Romanee 一級田和村級田。

是次的酒款，則是Vosne Romanee 村酒，調和了各村田的特質，以平衡優雅的面貌示人。

味道上當然是車厘子、紅莓、草莓等細緻果感，同時帶有一點點香料和紫羅蘭花香，非常豐富，口感圖潤平衡，味道精細整潔，餘韻的礦物感頗具典雅格調。展現出Vosne Romanee 的美艷卻不失優雅。

Before the establishment of the winery, the Cacheux family had been farming in Vosne-Romanée, selling the grapes they cultivated to other wineries.

In 1958, the third generation, Jacques Cacheux, founded the winery, which was later passed on to his son Patrice in 1994.

Under Patrice Cacheux's management, the winery adopted biodynamic practices for vineyard management, including whole-cluster fermentation, cold maceration, short fermentation periods, and a focus on oak barrel aging, all while avoiding clarification and filtration. This modern winemaking approach has quickly gained the winery a reputation for exceptional quality. However, due to its small scale and limited production, the wines are often consumed by loyal customers and are not frequently found on the market.

The winery is best known for its Échezeaux Grand Cru, which has appeared in the manga "the Drops of God." It also produces wines from the super premier cru vineyard Croix Rameau, as well as other Vosne-Romanée premier cru and village wines.

The current wine, a Vosne-Romanée village wine, blends the characteristics of various village vineyards, presenting a balanced and elegant profile.

In terms of flavor, it features delicate fruit notes of cherry, raspberry, and strawberry, complemented by hints of spice and violet floral aromas. The wine is rich and well-balanced, with a refined and clean taste and a mineral finish that exudes elegance. It showcases the beauty of Vosne-Romanée while maintaining a sense of grace.
