The Macallan 於 2026 年 8 月推出 Harmony Collection 系列第六款兼最終章 —— Inspired by Fresh Coconut，以熱帶椰子香氣為主題，展現品牌喺橡木桶選用上嘅精湛工藝。

 

風味特徵

 

香氣：新鮮椰子、椰奶、青檸、檸檬皮、芒果、木瓜、香草、甜橡木、肉桂

 

口感：甜檸、檸檬海綿蛋糕、椰蓉、糖霜、椰子奶、甜橡木、乾熱帶水果

 

餘韻：椰子、花香蜂蜜、溫暖柔滑、帶少少香料感

 

值得注意嘅係，椰子香氣完全嚟自天然橡木桶熟成過程，並非添加香精。The Macallan Whisky Mastery Team 特別選用雪莉桶調味嘅美國橡木桶，配合波本桶混合，先至帶出呢種獨特嘅熱帶風味。
