現時重果感威士忌當道,當中90年代初蒸餾的Irish 更是個性鮮明,輕巧細膩的豐富水果風味令人趨之若騖。
經年累月地尋覓,同時也很感謝Casky、Maltopedia和韓國Bultiwhiskyclub 的攜手合作,終於敲定裝瓶這一由four ex-bourbon barrels 調配而成的Irish Single Malt:我們認為充滿熱帶水果風味,年代、酒廠特徵明顯的作品。
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Bright tropical fruits like apricot, mango, ripe pineapple, and passion fruit, with gentle hints of ginger, lemongrass, mint, lemon, and a hint of coconut.
Taste: A burst of tropical flavors-passion fruit, pink grapefruit, mango, papaya, and pink banana, layered with subtle floral notes, toasted oak, lemon oils, and a faint resinous touch. Finishes with mint tea and cedar.
Finish: Long-lasting with fruity tones, black pepper spice, mint, and fresh grassy hints.
