葡萄來自澳洲最著名的Barossa Valley，木桶陳年12個月，其中只有15% 為新桶，這當然是為了保留更多果香。

 

香氣是濃郁、強勁的黑莓、黑布冧，還有一點薰衣草和黑朱古力。同時帶有泥土和甘草、黑胡椒等香料味道。單寧細膩而具咀嚼感，中等酒體，口感飽滿、平衡，帶點Barossa 的堅實。


此酒不僅僅是簡單的果香，而是頗具結構甚至深度。原因當然包括著名的Barossa 老藤，扎根深而果實少，令養分灌注往少量的葡萄上，使葡萄汁液更具濃度，所釀造的酒自然更具表現力及層次感。

 

同樣歷年皆能於Wine Spectator 取得90左右高分，卻僅僅只是Two Hands 品牌的基本酒款，價錢也比較親民。經典澳洲風格的Shiraz，出自名莊，更有酒評家的高分加持，相信絕不令你失望。
