Glenlivet 是最多人認識的single malt 品牌之一，是酒友們入坑的必經之路。酒廠的core range 較簡約，以經典的Speyside 花果為主調。

 

然而若我們在IB 中翻找，總能找到個性強烈的Glenlivet 作品。就如今天我們為大家帶來的單桶作品，由Signatory Vintage 的支線品牌Stills of Scotland 為LMdW 推出，1976年蒸餾，2000年裝瓶，在雪莉桶中熟成。

 

味道上是葡萄乾、血橙、果醬、焦糖，一些薑、胡椒、荳蔻，還有煙草、鹹味、肉感，以及木質煙燻，另外是陳舊的風味如枯葉、泥土、金屬。

 

整體是強烈的舊式雪莉桶風格，乾燥而濃縮，別具層次，是難以復刻的出色作品。
